What do I need to bring?
All you need are comfortable clothes, a positive attitude and a water bottle. We’ll provide the rest.
Do I need to be in shape first?
Right where you are now is perfect. We modify every workout to your current fitness level and will increase load as your fitness progresses.
I heard CrossFit makes you bulky. Is this true?
No. It makes you toned. It’s up to you how muscular you want to be, if that’s your goal. Bodybuilding is a way of life; CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program.
Is CrossFit a cardio or a weightlifting program?
It’s both! CrossFit is functional movements performed at high intensity, combining elements of, gymnastics (especially rings and floor work), Olympic weightlifting, rowing, and running. Some workouts are done for time, others for the maximum number of rounds or reps. You’ll get a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. We don’t do contracts. Just results.
Can I change my membership level?
Yes. Just drop us an email by the 15th of the month BEFORE you want the change to go into effect so we can update our billing for the first of the next month.
Can I stop or suspend my membership?
Sure, not a problem. Just give us at least 3 weeks notice.
I want to try a class before I commit. How do I do that?
We encourage the idea of try before you buy! Take a FREE trial class!
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for families, law enforcement, first responders, military, and educators as well as childcare. See membership pricing.
I have an injury. Can I still workout?
Absolutely. Just let your coach know ahead of time.
I’d like to supplement my other workout routine with a few CrossFit classes a week. Will I get results?
Yes. Playing other sports and doing other fitness activities is encouraged! Taking CrossFit classes will absolutely compliment your other activities.
Can I get hurt doing CrossFit?
Yes, if you do it wrong. You can also get hurt taking out the garbage, walking your dog or any number of things you do every day. We take the safety of our athletes very seriously.
Do you offer nutritional counseling?
Yes. Nutrition is a cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. We provide input, advice, and support through nutrition challenges to help you achieve your fitness and weight goals.
