As a child, Chris was very overweight. In college he began his fitness journey and with hard work and dedication, lost 70 pounds! He draws inspiration from his own life-changing experience with fitness to encourage our Hook’d athletes to achieve their goals, and to never give up.
Chris is passionate about CrossFit and is pursuing a master’s degree in exercise science. His plans include using CrossFit as a vehicle to help change the lives of disabled veterans and adaptive athletes.
