Getting Started

There are two steps to getting started with CrossFit Hook’d:

Step 1

Try a free Intro Workout. Intro Workouts are 1 hour long and are by appointment only on the following days and times:

  • Tuesdays at 7:30pm
  • Thursdays at 10:15am
  • Sundays at 9:00am

CrossFit Hook'd

Step 2

Sign up for our next On Ramp. On Ramps consist of 3 classes taken over the course of a week and will prepare you for our regular classes.

The cost for On Ramp participation is $75 and payment is required in advance to hold your spot. To sign up for an On Ramp, click here
