GROUP CLASSES
Our gym is about building comradery and community. You’ll work out alongside like-minded people who also want to take their health and fitness to their own personal next level. We take our workouts seriously, but we also laugh a lot! This supportive, encouraging environment is the perfect place to form new friendships.
Our CrossFit classes are led by a certified coach to ensure you are doing the movements correctly. And they motivate you to give each workout your all.
Our CrossFit classes offer a fast-paced, high-intensity workout that’s scaled to your level of experience and ability. Because you are doing rounds and repetitions of varied movements (such as squats, push ups, burpees, and weights), you burn more calories and get a full body workout. Class starts with a warm-up, then weightlifting or skill work, then cardio, and ends with a cool-down.
We have 2 levels for each workout: FITNESS is easier and generally for newer athletes, and PERFORMANCE is harder for more experienced athletes.
CrossFit classes can help improve coordination, endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, agility, and balance. Because you learn the correct way to lift and carry heavy items, you can use these skills in your everyday chores and activities!
PERSONAL TRAINING
Sometimes all we need is a little one-on-one support to achieve our fitness goals. Whether it’s weight-loss, training for an event, or just overall improved health, personal training sessions with a coach can provide the motivation and encouragement you need. Keeping your larger goal in mind, we’ll create a personalized, realistic plan and be right by your side, every step of the way.

NUTRITION COACHING
Our nutrition program provides education, tools, and group challenges to help you achieve your health goals, no matter what they may be. We believe once you create the foundation of good eating habits, they can last for the rest of your life.

KIDS CROSSFIT CLASSES
Fit children grow into fit adults. We believe developing a healthy attitude toward exercising goes a long way. Through group fitness games and activities in a non-competitive environment, we have fun and help build confidence!
We offer two class levels that are designed for kids of all abilities and experience:
Hook’d Kids: Kindergarten – 4th grade
Kids learn to safely perform body weight movements (sit-ups, squats, and pull-ups) and develop and strengthen everyday skills such as pushing, running, climbing, throwing, and jumping.
Hook’d Tweens: 5th – 8th grade*
Tweens learn to safely execute body weight movements, work on barbell movements, and do strength training to prepare them to attend our adult classes.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY
STEP ONE
Schedule A Free Consult Meeting and Movement Assessment
A coach will meet with you and provide a free functional movement assessment to determine:
- Your level and range of movement for everyday activities (such as bending and squatting)
- Any muscular limitations or imbalances you may have
You’ll then sit down with a coach and discuss your goals and the best way to start your fitness journey with us. We will then set up an appointment for a free class, the class will give you a better understanding of who we are. There’s no obligation to join, and it’s the perfect way to see if CrossFit Hook’d is right for you.
STEP TWO
Complete The Fundamentals Personal Training Session Pack
If you decide that you’d like to give Hook’d a try (and we hope you do!) we’ll enroll you in our Fundamentals of CrossFit PT program, which consists of 6 personal training sessions, customized for you based on your functional movement assessment results.
This program will prepare you for the group classes by teaching you the CrossFit movements, how to use the equipment, and how to move safely through the workouts. There is no required athletic level to get started, just the desire to begin your path to better health and fitness.
STEP THREE
Start Your New Fitness Journey With Community-Based Group Classes
After you complete our Fundamentals of CrossFit program, you can choose a membership option and attend any class on our schedule. The workouts will be scaled to your fitness ability, but you’ll know how to do the movements safely and efficiently.
