Where does training happen?
Most teams train right here at Hook’d in Sandy Hook. If you need us to come to you, let’s talk — we’re flexible and open to onsite options depending on logistics.
Can you train both in-season and off-season?
Yes — we modify the volume, intensity, and focus depending on where you are in your training year. Our goal is always to complement your program, not compete with it.
