Nutrition Plan FAQs
Do I have to track calories or macros?
Not at all. We focus on simple guidelines and flexible structure, not obsessive tracking. If you want to track, we can support that — but it’s totally optional.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
No problem. We’ll tailor your personalized nutrition plan around your needs. Vegan? Dairy-free? Gluten-free? We’ve got you.
Will I get a meal plan?
Not exactly — and that’s a good thing. Instead of rigid plans, our coaches offer personalized guidance, meal suggestions, and macro support to help you build habits that actually last.
How long does the program last?
It depends on your goals — but we typically recommend starting with 4–8 weeks of coaching so you have time to build sustainable habits.
