Not Just a Group Fitness Class — A Community

Our group fitness community is built around progress, not perfection. Whether someone came in unsure or ready to level up, they found support, structure, and results they didn’t expect. These stories are from real people who started just like you — and stuck with it because it works.

"CrossFit Hook’d is the cleanest, most professional gym I’ve ever been to. The coaches are welcoming, kind, funny, and most importantly, knowledgeable. It’s so great to be a part of a gym that also feels like a community, where people know your name, remember little things about you, and help you reach your goals."

"The coaches at Hook'd are excellent. Chris tailors all my workouts to build my running endurance and speed while not aggravating, and even helping to improve, my running injuries. They are patient, non-judgmental, and incredibly encouraging, validating and inspiring that I can do hard things!"

"Here's the thing about finding the right gym. You want to not only get a great workout in but to feel welcomed, paid attention to, educated and safe. Well Ryan and his team check all these boxes! The coaches are very knowledgeable, provide the right dose of "let's go" mentality and are cool people!"

Group Fitness FAQs

I’ve never done CrossFit or group fitness — is this for me?

Absolutely. Every class is coach-led and can be scaled to your level. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into it, we’ll meet you where you’re at and make sure you feel confident.

What should I expect in a typical class?

You’ll start with a warm-up, move into skill work or strength, then hit the main workout — all guided by a coach. It’s about structure, safety, and making steady progress over time.

Do I need to sign up for a class in advance?

Nope — but if you're new to Hook’d, we do ask that you chat with a coach first. We'll walk you through how classes work, and make sure you’re set up for success before you jump in.

Will I be able to keep up?

Yes — every workout can be scaled up or down based on your experience, comfort level, or injury history. We’ve got people of all fitness levels training together every day.
