Reach Out
Fill out our contact form or stop by the gym in Sandy Hook. A coach will follow up via text or call to learn more about your goals and answer any questions.
Consult & Movement Assessment
We’ll schedule a 1-on-1 session to talk through your fitness background, check mobility and movement patterns, and make sure you’re set up for success.
Fundamentals Classes
Start with 6–10 individual fundamentals sessions where you’ll learn the core movements, build confidence, and ease into training at your pace.
Join Group Classes
Once you’ve got the fundamentals down, you’ll transition into our full schedule of coach-led CrossFit classes — ready to train, progress, and grow.
